The people you'll see
A small team, and the same faces every visit. Here is who you'll meet at the front desk, in the exam room, and at the med spa.

Sarah Scheel, MSN, APRN, FNP‑BC
Owner and provider
My journey in healthcare began nearly 20 years ago at the bedside as a Certified Nursing Assistant. From there I built my education and experience step by step, earning my LPN, RN, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing, and ultimately becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
My passion for caring for others began long before my professional career. As a young teenager I helped care for my grandmother, and she once told me she believed I would make a great nurse someday. Those words stayed with me and helped shape the person, and the provider, I wanted to become.
Over the past two decades I have had the privilege of caring for patients through many stages of life. I spent years caring for the geriatric population in nursing homes and later gained experience in progressive care, intensive care, and emergency medicine. Each role taught me something different about medicine, but more importantly about listening to patients, educating them, and treating the person rather than simply treating a diagnosis.
Today I am proud to be the owner and provider of Scheel Family Practice & Med Spa, where we are celebrating three years of serving our community. My practice lets me combine my passion for primary care, prevention, wellness, aesthetics, and patient education in one place.
I strongly believe that when you take care of your body, your body will take care of you. My goal as a provider is not only to treat illness, but to give patients the knowledge and tools they need to become active participants in their own health. Whether that means managing a chronic condition, improving nutrition and physical activity, focusing on prevention, or simply helping someone feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin, I want every patient to feel heard, educated, and supported.
For me, healthcare has never been just a career. It began with caring for someone I loved, and nearly 20 years later, taking care of others is still at the heart of everything I do.

Jazmine Orosz
Front desk
Jazmine is one of the first smiling faces you’ll see when you walk through the doors, and she plays a big part in making patients feel at home from the moment they arrive.
With years of experience working with the public, she has a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life. She brings warmth, patience, positivity, and professionalism to the front desk, qualities that matter in healthcare, where a kind voice and someone willing to listen can change a patient’s whole experience.
Whether she is greeting patients, answering questions, coordinating appointments, or offering reassurance on a hard day, Jazmine works to make every person who walks in feel seen and welcome.
For Jazmine, the front desk isn’t just where your appointment begins. It’s where feeling cared for begins.

Jadonna Rabb
Patient care technician
For many patients, Jadonna is the first member of our clinical team they meet, and she knows how much those first few moments matter.
As a patient care technician, Jadonna welcomes patients into the clinical area, takes vital signs, talks through the reason for the visit, and gets them ready to see their provider. Her goal is that every patient feels comfortable, listened to, and cared for from the moment they are called back.
With experience working with the public and in childcare, Jadonna connects with people of all ages. Helping a nervous child settle, hearing out an adult’s concerns, or taking a little extra time with an older patient, she brings patience and kindness to each one.
Because sometimes the most important part of patient care begins with something simple: making someone feel comfortable enough to be heard.
