How to start

1

Book the weight loss visit online

Pick a 15 minute slot, put your height and weight in the notes, done. Or call 870-955-5058 and we will set it up.

2

Your first visit

Sarah goes over your history, weight, medications and goals, draws labs if they are needed, and tells you honestly which option fits and what it costs.

3

Weekly injections, regular check-ins

You leave with a plan. Follow-up visits are 15 minutes and you book them online, in person or by telehealth.

Weight loss questions

Short answers. Sarah covers the rest at your visit.

Both are weekly injections that work on the hormones that control appetite and blood sugar. Semaglutide is the medicine in Ozempic and Wegovy; tirzepatide is the medicine in Mounjaro and Zepbound. Sarah will tell you which one fits your history, and the cost difference, at your first visit.

No. Book the weight loss visit online as a new patient; it is a 15 minute appointment from $70. You qualify with a BMI over 30, or over 27 with a related condition. After that, your follow-ups book online too, in person or by telehealth.

The visit is from $70 and the medication sets the rest, which Sarah goes over before anything is prescribed. We take insurance for visits; coverage for the medications themselves varies by plan, so bring your card.

Prescriptions are written to be filled in Arkansas. Phentermine in particular can only be filled in Arkansas.

Expect a first visit, then regular check-ins while the dose is being adjusted. Most people settle into short follow-ups that take about 15 minutes.

Anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive, and people with certain thyroid, pancreas or kidney history. That is exactly what the first visit and labs are for; Sarah will say no when the answer is no.

Testosterone and hormone replacement, sermorelin and NAD+ are all managed here by Sarah. They start with labs.

What to know about sermorelin and NAD+

Written by Sarah. These are wellness therapies, not FDA-approved treatments for aging or fatigue, and we say so up front.

Sermorelin

Sermorelin is a synthetic version of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). It works by stimulating the pituitary gland to release the body's own growth hormone, which can in turn increase IGF-1 production. In appropriately selected patients, optimizing the growth hormone and IGF-1 pathway may be associated with changes in body composition, recovery, sleep, and overall well-being. These commonly promoted adult anti-aging or wellness benefits are not established FDA-approved indications for sermorelin. Treatment is individualized and monitored clinically, typically including IGF-1 and relevant metabolic labs.

Sermorelin should generally be avoided during pregnancy or breastfeeding and in patients with active or suspected malignancy. Additional caution is appropriate in patients with diabetes or impaired glucose control, significant edema, untreated sleep apnea, or conditions in which increased GH/IGF-1 activity could pose a risk. Patients with pituitary or hypothalamic disease should have an appropriate evaluation first, because sermorelin requires adequate pituitary function to produce a growth hormone response.

NAD+

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is a naturally occurring coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism, mitochondrial function, DNA repair, and many enzymatic reactions throughout the body. NAD+ availability changes with aging, which has generated interest in NAD+ therapy for energy, recovery, metabolic health, cognitive function, and healthy aging. Current human research does not yet establish that injectable NAD+ produces these benefits, and a 2026 systematic review found no eligible outcomes trials of IV, IM, or subcutaneous NAD+ for anti-aging or wellness. We present injectable NAD+ as an investigational wellness therapy, not a proven treatment for fatigue or aging.

Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have significant kidney or liver disease, active cancer, serious uncontrolled medical conditions, or a known allergy to the formulation should generally avoid treatment or get medical clearance first. Because safety data are still limited, we review your medication history and underlying conditions before treatment. The FDA has reported adverse reactions with compounded injectable NAD+, including severe chills, shaking, vomiting, and fatigue, which is why we only use appropriately sourced sterile compounded preparations.
